FEES:

 

The court order may specify which parent is responsible for the fees. If the court order does not define who is responsible for the fees, both parents may split the fees, but if the custodial parent refuses to pay, the cost rests with the non-custodial parent.

Intake.

Assessment/Orientation: $75 per parent (at separate appointments). An invoice will be sent through PayPal and must be paid 48 hours before the scheduled time, or the appointment will be forfeited. If the intake appointment is less than 48 hours when scheduled, the invoice is due upon receipt.

Supervised visitation: $65 per hour (minimum 2 hours) - The non-custodial parent is responsible for any transportation costs and expenses to keep the supervisor with the family, including meals, admission tickets, and any additional fees.

Invoices will be sent through PayPal at least 72 hours before the appointment, and the invoice must be paid in full 48 hours before the scheduled visitation through PayPal. If the invoice is not paid 48 hours before the visit is scheduled to begin, you will forfeit your time, and the visit will be canceled. If you cannot pay through PayPal, a different payment option must be agreed upon in writing by the supervisor and the parent responsible for payment.
